Terms of supply

1 Research use only

Everpure supplies chemical reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. Products are not for human or veterinary use of any kind and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or supplements. Placing an order requires signing the research-use waiver; the buyer is responsible for lawful handling, storage and disposal.

Our mission is to supply these materials to legitimate laboratory researchers and research institutions. You must be at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to refuse service, cancel or refuse orders, issue refunds, ban or permanently block individuals or organizations, and/or request additional verification before fulfilling any order. Verification may include organization details, institutional affiliation, laboratory or research-facility documentation, a purchase order, or a research-protocol summary.

2 Electronic signature

You consent to signing the waiver electronically. Your typed name together with your per-clause acknowledgments forms your electronic signature; the signed record binds to the exact document version and hash shown at signing and carries server-side timestamps.

3 Order and account email

Placing an order is your consent to receive its confirmation, receipts and the account email needed to serve it — sign-in codes and links, password resets, email change confirmations, and replies to a support request you opened — at the email address on the order. Once the email address on your account is verified, shipping updates (label created, packed and ready, shipped, in transit, delivered and delivery exceptions) and product updates (occasional announcements about new products or catalog changes) are sent unless you switch them off, which you can do at any time under Account › Notifications.

4 Pricing and payment

Prices are stated per size in USD. The current checkout records an order without payment capture, so no charge or sales tax is collected today. Before paid fulfillment is enabled, Everpure must calculate and collect applicable Florida and destination sales taxes and provide any required transaction disclosures.

5 Shipping and risk of loss

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes on the carrier's first delivery scan at the ship-to address. We deliver to United States addresses only. Shipping is charged at the live carrier rates shown at checkout for the option you choose. On orders of $200.00 or more (before discounts) Everpure covers the carrier rate of the fastest option that costs at most $15.00: that option and any cheaper option are free, and faster options are charged only the difference above it. When no option costs $15.00 or less, every option is $15.00 off its carrier rate. Orders of $500.00 or more (before discounts) require a signature on delivery; its cost is included in the rates shown.

6 Returns

Sealed vials only, within 7 days of the delivery scan, subject to manual review. Return requests start by email with the order number.

7 Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everpure's aggregate liability for any claim arising from an order is capped at the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8 Referral partners

The referral program is limited to U.S. persons and entities unless Everpure expressly approves otherwise in writing. Partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to Everpure near every endorsement, post, review, or referral link; must not make therapeutic, dosing, human-use, or misleading product claims; and may not present themselves as Everpure employees or authorized scientific representatives.

Partners must provide accurate Form W-9 information through Everpure's controlled external or offline tax-onboarding process. Everpure does not store raw TINs in this application and may withhold or delay payout evidence until verification is complete. Reportable compensation may be furnished to the partner and filed with the IRS on Form 1099-NEC, and backup withholding may apply where required by law. Payment-card or qualifying third-party-network payouts may instead be reportable by the payment settlement entity on Form 1099-K and must not be reported twice.
